To open a support ticket, please e-mail email@example.com. Your email will generate a ticket in our helpdesk software and you will receive an e-mail response with a ticket number that can be used to track the issue, monitor status and view updates. Someone from the technical support team will contact you shortly and resolve the issue.
In order to better serve you, we may need remote access to your workstation.
When asked please click the remote assistant link. Select “run” when prompted. Team viewer will install and you can provide the ID and Password to the technician.
